3D-line has a high-tech 3D concrete printer, developed by V-CONCEPT company, with previously unequaled performances.
Concrete mixtures are developed and tested in our laboratory.
Continuous improvement in the service of our customers is one of our priorities.
Permanent innovation
New concrete mixtures are regularly tested to improve the performance of parts.
We manufacture lightweight concrete parts to reduce weight, simplify the transportation and installation of our parts. The use of more efficient cements makes it possible to maintain good mechanical strength while reducing the density of the mixture
Woven concrete
The result of research, the company offers woven concrete parts.
This technique provides an original look reminiscent of wicker baskets

Structural parts
We work on the development of structural parts directly printed in 3D, without having to resort to a manual operation such as the laying of rebars during printing, filling at the end of printing with another reinforced material, or post-tensioning techniques.
The concrete deposit
Permanent evolutions of the installation system allow the realization of more and more complex parts.
The concrete removal algorithm is optimized to obtain the best result.
Printer performance
Important points are regularly improved:
Ease of use of the machine.
Speed and optimization of the movements of the printer.
Precision.
Two-color technology
In order to improve the good use of materials, 3d-line is developing a two-material printing technology. 2 different materials emerge from the nozzle and give a very original look, in case you use 2 different colors.
Ultimately, this technology will make it possible to put just the necessary material with aesthetic characteristics on the visible side of the part, and a resistant material inside the part. While having the same connection between the two materials than a concrete printed in a single material.
